MEDICAL DEVICE DEVELOPMENT

We are aiming to develop the medical devices for disease diagnostics and therapeutics. The devices that are affordable to the needy population, easy-to-use and portable will be made available to be used in remote or resource-limited settings.

NANOBIOTECHNOLOGY

We work on the synthesis of various nanoparticles including semiconductor nanocrystals i.e. Quantum Dots. The biofunctionalization of nanoparticles improves their utility in the development of biosensors.

Intensive Diabetic Care For Patients wit

POINT-OF-CARE TECHNIQUES

We have expertise in the development of lateral flow immunoassays and portable electronic devices required for the signal processing and analysis. Sensor-based colorimeter, as well as the fluorimeter, have been developed earlier.

DRUG DELIVERY

We work on the designing and development of novel drug delivery systems. Polymeric microparticles, nanoparticles, gel complex, composites, etc. are encapsulated or loaded with drugs and their efficacy is evaluated in vitro and in vivo.
